The invention relates to electrical engineering.
A terminal block is known for cutting insulation for an electrical conductor with two clamping slots. They are limited on the outside by clamping arms having sharp edges and the inner side surface of a clamp wall with sharp edges. When the conductor is pushed into the slot, the sharp edges cut through the conductor insulation and cut into the conductive core.
Also known is a clamping connecting element with a blade for two electrical conductors formed from a clamping partition and two corresponding spring arms. At the same time between the partition and each shoulder is formed by one clamping slot, limited by sharp edges.
In the known elements for the cream connection of electrical conductors while cutting insulation, the conductor core is incised when the conductor is pushed into the clamping slot in two opposite places, whereby the conductor core cross section at the attachment point is reduced so that there is even a danger of the conductor core breaking. Further, using known connecting elements, it is impossible to connect conductors with a very thin wire core, since its diameter must always be larger than the width of the clamping slot.

This goal is achieved by the fact that in the clamping connecting element the cutting edges of the two arms (knees) of the clamp and the clamping partition covered by these shoulders are not in the same plane, but in three planes are offset relative to each other, and the clamping slot has no air gap. The cutting edges of the two clamp arms and the clamp septum together form three cutting sites lying in three different planes, and with the conductor and its insulation and with the conductor core so that a good contact connection occurs between the connecting element and the conductor core, in which the cross-section of the core the conductor is only slightly reduced at the junction so that there is no danger of the conductor core breaking. With the aid of a connecting element, in particular, also wires with a very small diameter of the cross wire, including stranded wires, can be connected. clamping slot, both clamping arms turn away from the clamping partition and the conductor is centered with inclined edges centrally with respect to the clamping slot so that the conductor
is pressed between the clamp dividing wall and the two clamp shoulders into the clamping slot. In this case, the sharp edges of the two shoulders of the clamp are cut in two cutting points, and the sharp edges of the clamp septum cut the insulation of the wire in another cutting place and collectively contact in three places with the wire core so that an improved contact connection is obtained. In the resting position, both clamping arms overlap the clamping partition in a certain area so that the connecting element does not have any open (clamping) slot, and when the conductor is pressed in, all three edges always adjoin the conductor without an air gap; the side edges on their front and rear sides are at one shoulder of the clip, which is achieved due to the execution, respectively, of the metal bracket on the front and rear side of the clip partition. Due to this, two terminal cuts are formed, which are respectively limited by the middle clamping partition and one of the two clamp arms. Thus, when two wires are connected, the two cores of the wire are notched in three places. Passing obliquely upward, tapering to some distance, the sharp edges of the clamping septum and the clamping shoulders prevent the conductor from sliding out of the terminal slot.
In order to make the most cost-effective manufacture of a terminal element for wire connection with the simultaneous cutting of insulation, metal brackets located on the front and rear sides can be made integral on a double metal bracket. It is made of a rectangular stamped from a sheet of parts, which in the center has two U-shaped cutouts, which with their tops are directed away from each other. In the center along the middle transverse axis of the stamped part two metal brackets are bent to each other by 180 °.

On the front and rear side of the partition 4 of the clamp and its base part 18, respectively, are one-piece metal brackets 7 and 8, formed by a whole double metal bracket 1. This bracket, in its scan, is made in the form of a rectangular thin plate and has two opposite U inside -shaped notch 5, the vertices of which are directed in opposite directions. Along the middle transverse axis 23, both brackets 7 and 8 of the double U-shaped metal brace 1 are bent in places 22 respectively 180 ° to one another. Both metal brackets 7 and 8 are adjacent to the front and rear sides of the partition 4 clamps with a small side clearance. In this way, the clamping partition 4 is guided between two metal clips 7 and 8. The double metal bracket 1 and the base part 18 of the clamping partition 4 are connected below the top 6 of the U-shaped notch by spot welding 26, providing electrical connection to each other.
Located on the front side of the metal bracket 7 has two arms 2 and
12 clamps, and the metal bracket 8, located on the back side of the partition wall 4 clamps, has two arms 3 and 13 clamps. Directed to the sharp edges 24 of the partition 4 of the clip the inner edges of the shoulders 2, 3 and 12, 13 of the clip are also made in the form of sharp edges 15. At the top of these sharp edges 15 there are inclined sharp edges 25, which are opposite to the inclined
sharp edges 21 partitions 4 clips. To attach the wire 14, it is first inserted into the insertion hole 17 formed above the inclined sharp edges 21 and 25. The conductor 14 is in this position

Due to this, the terminal connection is stable when vibrated. No additional position fixing (fixing) for the contact wire is needed.
The outer edges of the shoulders 2, 3 and 12, 13 of the clip in the transition zone between the sharp inner edges 25 and 16, provided by the notches, are made in the form of an obtuse angle to make possible a better distribution of the force from the wire 14 not the connecting element.
It is possible to make a connecting element from the clamping septum and from two separate metal brackets, which are made of a one-piece double metal bracket. The connection of two metal brackets with a septum occurs at the lower end of the connecting element using spot welding, and
the upper end is by means of connecting elements, which can also be formed by joints made by spot welding during the intermediate installation of the spacing parts between two metal bars.

Claim 1. Clamping connecting element with a blade for an electrical conductor, comprising a clamping partition and a corresponding spring arm, and between the clamping partition and the shoulder there is a clamping slot limited by sharp edges, characterized in that, in order to increase the reliability of contact, each partition there are two rigidly interconnected clamp arms partially overlapping the partition from the front and rear sides, a gap is formed between them to receive the clamp partition, n and that the clamping slot with sharp edges are formed by a partition and each clamp arm.
